I've been watch the anime Bleach lately and this reminds me of Ichigo with his half Hallow mask. Very nice work man.

Thanks for the comment. Rather than a manga character, though, he's actually an idea for a western comic book character that I came up with the other day. Basically, he's a villain/anti-hero trying to rid himself of the black side of his body. Those "demons" behind him are inside him, but he doesn't know it. They transformed half of his body and gave him the ability to heal and regenerate immediately after having been wounded. The drawback is that his mind is unstable. It only drives him even crazier when he finally rids himself of the black half and finds that his entire left side is scarred head to toe and that he had made a deal with the "demons" for them to cover his left side all along(I guess the "demons" wiped his memory so he wouldn't remember).

Yeah. I think he'd be a pretty cool character.

Wow I like the hatching you have used for the shading. you should try do it in digital work. your lineart would probably be better than mine.

Yeah. It's definitely not my best work, but thanks. All I use is pencils and computer paper. I have no idea how to use things like photoshop or which ones are for painting line art. Thanks for the comment, though. I'll be sure to check out your work too.
